Flanked on one side by small, independent shops and restaurants and on the other by The Village Green, home to Davidson's beloved Concerts on the Green series. Residents and visitors alike can walk or bike to this pedistrian friendly downtown. You'll find public art, our public library, and wonderful shopping along Main Street. Main Street is a place where you can walk down the street and be greeted with a friendly hello. It is where you can still connect with people.

It is a beautiful area with small shops, quaint conversations, and a feeling of family and safeness. agdag	We've lived many places but this is the best! Davidson is a friendly and charming town, and Davidson College adds intellectual and sports events.
